" There are no facts of life, only expectations, assumptions, and a whole lot of trying. Only experiences that you try to make sense of, try to pull meaning out of, like a baby at the breast. And sometimes, when your eyes are wide open, you get lucky. You get it."
I got this from a book and has been wanting to share this with all of you. From young i like to collect quotes from books, especially novels. but i kinda reach the age that i all read is almost equals to thrash. i dont mean that the writers are not good but they books no longer work to educate. instead its more for pleasure, more for using up my spare time. so now its hard to come by a good quote.
this one is meaningful. each part of the sentence makes sense. some quotes you only agree with certain parts but this one's good. sadly author unknown, prob by the writer herself. yar, there are no guidelines in life. no step one, step 2. it just goes on. there's no predictable moment there's nothing expect the future you want to mould from your life. all e need to do is really keep trying. one day when we mature then we understand. as for the "like a baby at the breast", i dont really understand how it fits into the sentence. someone please enlighten me. and if you start thinking sick i think its time to test ur maturity level. yar~
